Recovery Rocks Counseling And Life Coaching Services
Currently residing in Southern California, I have worked in the field of substance use disorders, chronic addiction, and mental health for 19 years. I was once chained to the disease of chronic addiction from the age of 13 to 37 and found liberation through the highest God, courage, a willing spirit, counseling, education, and sheer determination. Through these services, you will be offered tools, tips, and affirmations to assist you in processing feelings, as well as a platform to express and share some of your recovery experiences.
I am currently offering Individual and Group Counseling Support Services for Substance Use Disorder, Anger Management Issues, Domestic Violence Victims Counseling and Education, Parenting Sessions, and Coaching for Healing and Recovery Support Services. As a Certified Addiction Specialist and Recovery and Healing Life Coach, I encourage, counsel, educate, and support those on the road to recovery or individuals who are just trying to make it through these emotionally distressing times we now live in through support and encouragement. I can assist you with maintaining your sobriety by equipping you with recovery tools, educational information, and insight that personally helped me through my 19-year journey (and counting). With faith, effort, consistency, persistence, and patience, you can free yourself from abuse, addiction, and anything else holding you in bondage. I also assist with helping you to reach your ultimate goals through my Life Coaching and Healing skills.

The mission of Recovery Rocks counseling is to reach out to those who have a desire for positive lifestyle changes and to improve their emotional and mental health. I wish to assist those in need from all levels of society suffering from the negative effects and consequences of a substance use disorder, emotional distress, and other cognitive behavioral issues that can cause one’s life to become stressful and overwhelming. A focused mindset and spiritual awareness are the keys to rewiring the brain, and I believe this because they are the keys to my own growth and development as a person and a professional. I love assisting people with recovery and their growth and healing process, so for those of you who crave a higher quality of life, come and join me, for this is what I continually strive for in my own journey, as there are no limits, only limited mindsets.
